Workshop venue hire in Bucharest

The main salons are set out theatre-style, with a screen and wireless microphones, for groups of up to 40 participants. The meeting rooms can be used at the same time for breakout work, so the plenary and the workshop groups do not get in each other’s way.

The villa hosts only one event at a time: for the duration of the training, the spaces you book are not shared with any other group.

The training room and its formats

• Theatre-style, up to 40 participants, in the main salons: plenary sessions, presentations, the opening and close of the day.
• Board and VIP, 10–20 people, in the meeting rooms: management training, strategy workshops, coaching sessions.
• The Premier’s Library, 8–16 people: a solid-wood library, hand-carved and built into the walls, for a group working on its own. See the room.

What a training day looks like here

The day begins in the main salons, theatre-style: the opening, the theme and the overview. Group work follows, in separate rooms. The groups then return to the plenary for presentations and conclusions.

Break times are set before the event, together with the programme for the day. Your dedicated event manager stays with you throughout the day, so that the logistics do not fall to the trainer.

Breakout groups in separate rooms

A workshop divides into small groups, and each group has somewhere to work on its own: the Premier’s Library and the meeting rooms, a few steps from the main salons, where the plenary resumes.

The meeting rooms take 10–20 people in a board and VIP layout: a working table, chairs around it and room for materials. It is the right format for a strategy workshop, a coaching session or management training with a small group. For a board meeting or a business dinner, see business meetings.

The Premier’s Library takes a group of 8–16: a secluded room of solid wood, books and quiet.

Multi-day training in Bucharest

The programme can extend over several consecutive days. A two- or three-day session can change format from one day to the next: a plenary in the salons, then group work, then a smaller session in the library. Breaks, lunch and the evening after

Coffee breaks and lunch are served on site, with premium catering and a bar run by professional staff. The menu is agreed together with the quote. If the day ends with a cocktail reception, the salons hold up to 100 guests and the 800 m² courtyard up to 150.

In the evening, once the programme is over, the Cigar Lounge can be reserved, with access from 18:00, for 4–12 people. In the same house, the Secret Poker Room and the Black Jack Room host social games, played without stakes.

The house where the course takes place

The building permit for the house was issued in 1935 for the family of Gheorghe Tătărescu, Prime Minister from 1934 to 1937 and again from 1939 to 1940, to designs by the architects Alexandru Zaharia and Ion Giurgea. Its style is Mediterranean with Neo-Romanian elements, and the building is a listed historic monument (LMI B-II-m-B-19435). In the salon, the fireplace is the work of the sculptor Milița Petrașcu, a pupil of Brâncuși; in the Premier’s study stands a Fichet safe that has not been opened for decades. EKO GROUP took over the house in June 2024.

The décor of the rooms comes from the collection of the Rădulescu Art Galleries: more than 15,000 pieces from the 17th to the 20th century. The guided tour “Art. History.
