On requestA massive solid-wood library, hand-carved and set into the walls, from the 1930s. The books come from a donation by the National Library. From the story of the house, a desk from 1780 and a spectacular chandelier with 80 globes, in bronze and gold, are still preserved here.
In the Prime Minister's study, next to the library, stands the Fichet safe, unopened for decades, part of the house's story. Experts say the only way to open it would be to cut it — which is why it has remained intact, one of the most talked-about attractions of the villa.
An interwar cigar salon, modelled after the private salons of the 1930s elite: leather, solid wood, warm light. The experience includes a premium cigar. Access limited to 12 people, for intimacy.
In the basement, one of the most special rooms: the secret poker room, with entirely premium decor. Dedicated to table games, private meetings and film shoots — one of the main attractions of the house.
In the hallway, the authentic 1930s dressing room and hand-crafted ironwork lead to the Black Jack Room — a room for social games, played without stakes, furnished in the spirit of the 1930s.

Un seif, o epocă, o poveste The two ground-floor salons accommodate up to 100 guests in cocktail format or 80 seated (up to 40 in a theatre-style arrangement for conferences). The 800 m² inner courtyard accommodates up to 150 people. For smaller gatherings there are meeting rooms for 10–20 people, a cigar lounge for up to 12 and a poker room with a table for 8–10 players, which holds up to 12 people.
At Strada Polonă no. 19, sector 1, in the Dorobanți / Grădina Icoanei area, in the centre of Bucharest. Piața Romană metro station (M2) is 7–8 minutes on foot, and Ștefan cel Mare (M1) is about 800 metres away. Gara de Nord is 5–10 minutes by car and Henri Coandă Airport 25–30 minutes, outside rush hour. Parking is on the street, in the public spaces nearby.

Yes, the villa is an interwar building classified as a historic monument. It retains original elements from the 1930s — the fireplace sculpted by Milița Petrașcu (a student of Constantin Brancusi), windows, ironwork, parquet flooring and solid wood doors.
The salons are equipped with large-screen LED TVs with screen-share function, projectors on request, high-fidelity audio system, wireless microphones (lapel and handheld) and videoconferencing support (Zoom, Microsoft Teams). High-speed Wi-Fi is included and covers the inner courtyard as well.
The ground floor, where most events take place, is accessible, and mobile ramps can be installed at the entrance on request. The first floor and basement are connected by interior stairs. Please let us know your specific needs in advance so we can prepare the right solutions.
The villa has six elegant restrooms — two on the ground floor, near the main salons, and four on the first floor. For large outdoor events, additional premium units can be installed.
Yes. The villa's decor comes from the Radulescu Art Galleries collection — over 15,000 pieces from the 17th–20th centuries. The displayed works can be purchased, from 100,000 to 2,000,000 EUR, depending on your wishes.
