These terms govern the use of the ekogroup-vila.ro presentation website and of the information and quotation services available through it. By continuing to use the website, you confirm that you have read these terms.

EKO GROUP operates Vila Tătărescu — a historic venue for corporate and private events, with a programme of art and cultural heritage.
2. Purpose of the website
This is a presentation website for information purposes: it presents the venue and its spaces, lets you send quote and information requests and book the guided tour online (on comenzi.artdecocafe.ro), offers tickets through partner ticketing platforms and gives access to editorial content (articles, gallery, virtual tour).
3. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing the website, users declare that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. EKO GROUP reserves the right to amend these terms at any time by publishing the updated version.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful purposes: browsing, filling in forms, accessing tour tickets and sharing public links.
Prohibited uses
- copying or distributing the content (texts, images, design) without written consent;
- use for fraudulent, unlawful or harmful purposes;
- spam, unsolicited communications or offensive content sent through the forms;
- unauthorised access to the servers, automated scraping, or use of the visual identity without authorisation.
5. Quote requests and bookings
Filling in the quote request form is a request for information, not a confirmed booking. A contract is concluded only by signing a written agreement and paying the agreed deposit. EKO GROUP does not guarantee availability for any given date; a date is reserved only once the contract has been signed and the deposit paid. Venue hire prices are not published — each event receives an individual quote.
6. Guided tour — tickets and conditions
The guided tour is booked online, for a set date and time, at comenzi.artdecocafe.ro/rezerva-tur-ghidat, at 79 lei per person. Payment is made online by card when booking, or by card at the villa (POS) on the day of the tour, depending on the option chosen when booking. Bookings paid online are non-refundable but can be rescheduled: write to us at corporate@ekogroup.ro with your booking code and another day and time. Tickets bought through partner ticketing platforms remain subject to that platform’s conditions. EKO GROUP reserves the right to change the tour schedule and to cancel or reschedule a tour where justified (weather, conservation work, force majeure).
7. Intellectual property
All content elements of the website are the property of EKO TRADE BUSINESS S.R.L. or are used under licence, and are protected by Romanian Law 8/1996. The rights to the artworks in the villa (the Rădulescu Galleries and other collectors) belong to the respective artists or owners.
8. Limitation of liability
EKO GROUP makes reasonable efforts to keep the website working and accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. The information on the website is indicative and does not constitute a firm offer, except where explicitly stated.
9. External links
The website may contain links to third-party websites (ticketing, social networks, partners). EKO GROUP is not responsible for the content or policies of those websites.
10. Force majeure
EKO GROUP is not liable for failing to perform its obligations in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, orders of the authorities, armed conflict, major infrastructure disruption).
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably; if no agreement is reached within 30 days, they are referred to the competent courts in Bucharest. Consumers can file a complaint with ANPC, the Romanian consumer protection authority, through the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL): reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
