History, taught in the very rooms where it happened
For school groups, Vila Tătărescu becomes a living history lesson: interwar architecture, the story of Prime Minister Tătărescu and the Târgu Jiu ensemble, works in Brâncuși's language by Milița Petrașcu. An age-appropriate tour, led by the host.

Private hire of the signature rooms
The tour takes you through the whole house. If you want a room just for your own circle — the premier's library, the cigar lounge or the game rooms — each can be booked privately, as part of your own event.

How long does the tour last?
Approximately 30 minutes, depending on the group and questions. The tour is led by the host, through the signature rooms of the villa.
What size group is the tour for?
Up to 30 people can be booked online, for the same date and time. For larger groups (companies, schools), write to us and we will arrange a dedicated time slot.
How is payment made?
Online by card when booking, or by card at the villa (POS) on the day of the tour. You choose when booking; either way you receive a confirmation code by email.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Let us know by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance and we will reschedule at no cost.
