The cigar, the Macallan whisky and the butler service

The room at a glance:

The evening is shaped around your group. The details are agreed in advance with the event manager.

The villa has Wi-Fi, including in the 800 m² courtyard, and six toilets. Premium catering and a bar can be arranged, with pricing on request. For the working part of the evening, the house has 4K audio-visual equipment, screens with screen sharing and wireless microphones.

A board that carries on after hours. The Premier's Library has a board table for 8–16 people, discreetly integrated presentation technology and catering on request, and the evening can end in the cigar room.

For a larger group, the evening can begin with a theatre-style conference for 40 participants, or with a seated dinner in the main salons for up to 80 guests, and end here. The same category of private experiences includes the Poker Room and the Black Jack Room. Both host social games, played without stakes.

A room in a prime minister's house

The building permit for the house was issued in 1935, for the family of Gheorghe Tătărescu, Prime Minister in 1934–1937 and 1939–1940. It was designed by the architects Alexandru Zaharia and Ion Giurgea, in a Mediterranean style with Neo-Romanian elements. The building is a listed historic monument (LMI B-II-m-B-19435).

In the salon, the fireplace and the door surrounds are the work of the sculptor Milița Petrașcu, a pupil of Brâncuși. Arethia Tătărescu, the Premier's wife, commissioned the Târgu Jiu ensemble from Brâncuși. A Fichet safe, unopened for decades, remains in the Premier's study. EKO GROUP took over the house in June 2024.

The décor comes from the collection of the Rădulescu Art Galleries: more than 15,000 pieces from the 17th to the 20th century. An interwar address, and a room closed to all but your group.
